The ACCI and the IDEA Methodology™ were developed by Allison O’Dell — not in a classroom, but across more than three decades of working in environments where communication cohesion directly determined outcomes.
Allison holds a double major in Finance and Marketing from Babson College, Magna Cum Laude, with a concentration in Communications. Her professional background spans Investment Principal, Compliance Officer, and Training Designer in banking; Real Estate Broker; Luxury Hospitality Manager, and Global Communication Coach — a cross-industry career recognized with awards in training design and professional performance. This breadth gives her a perspective on communication effectiveness that no single-industry specialist can replicate.
Since entering the field of global communication instruction, Allison has taught over 700 hours to international professionals, graduate students, and the spouses and partners of relocated professionals — working with clients from more than a dozen countries across four continents. The ACCI was developed and refined directly from this work, tested with real participants in real professional contexts before a single paying assessment was offered.
